If you are in the payroll as an hourly employee, you should be working when you’re on the clock, not flapping you guns about your white trash relationships and ghetto children! There are plenty of things that you’re capable of doing that need to be done that the commission based people don’t have time to do! Get to fucking work you lazy piece of trash!

If I were king

If I were king, so many things would be different, so many wrongs righted, so many injustices corrected!
We begin with the letter A:
Assholes would most definitely get fucked there against their respective will! The bigger the asshole, the bigger the falice painfully intruding upon one’s nether regions.
Next up. B:
Bastards would cease to get the, “Look at him, he’s such a bastard, yet somehow, cool…”-factor. Fans of Eddie Izzard, remember what I’m talking about here?
Also under section B:
Bitches would come to know that really, they aren’t shit. I will, however, acknowledge that sometimes drastic behavior warrants, neigh, demands the “nuclear option”…
This concludes today’s discussion. For our next meeting, please prepare a list of C’s and D’s, and be ready to discuss in small groups.
Thank you. That is all.

Drastic measures

At what point do I, as an individual, decide to take drastic measures to address a complete and total lack of respect? We’re supposed to be equal, and yet, I’m not privy to certain things. How many times do I need to ask you to call, when it means that we’ll have almost an extra $1000 to do what we need to do? It must be really difficult to pick up he phone to call and ask a few questions. Granted it does involve calling a government agency, but that shouldn’t deter you so thoroughly. In a few hours, the ultimatum will be issued. Hopefully you realize that we’ve come to this point by your showing of complete disrespect for you spouse, and maybe his will help to rectify the situation.

Really, Mr. President, really?

Marching out people that will suffer if House Republicans “don’t get it done”? Classy. At least the House (R)’s aren’t caving on their principles! They know that stability and confidence are what’s needed in the American economy. Extending the payroll tax cut for 60 days doesn’t inspire confidence. That just more “kicking the can down the road” that both parties have complained about. It’s just something that Democrats only seem to care about when it’s politically expedient.
Now they’ve passed that pathetic excuse for legislation, and the American people will be left wondering not if their taxes will go up in January, but March instead! Mr. Boener, you are a pathetic leader. Someone needs to step up and tell the American people exactly what’s going on in Washington. Oh, if only our elected officials would worry more about doing that which is right than getting re-elected!!! Then they would be more easily re-elected!
Oh well! I guess this is just another example of weak-willed, spineless “leaders” acting on politics over principles.

On “evil corporations”

While I’ll agree that a select few large corporations have done some really egregious, heinous acts, would you agree also that the vast majority of of the corporations in the U.S. haven’t? Would it also be fair to say that yes, the corporations perpetrated various sundry severe crimes; but, it would also fair (and true) that in a company of hundreds, thousands or even more employees, what percentage of the “corporate population” is actually guilty of the afore acknowledged crimes?
All of that said, the simple fact of the matter is that companies and corporations are made up of individuals. I happen to work for a corporation of automotive newcar dealers, working at one of 150 such dealers within the company. If, for example, our CEO stole millions of dollars from stock-holders, and pension plans, etc.…how guilty would I be, as a member of the company?
While I agree that there are needs for common sense regulations of industry, particularly those that have the obvious danger of severely damaging our environment (read: killing lots of people, animals, and plant life) in a very rapid fashion, I hold that people should be responsible for their own choices. Most people now shop online. They may not always purchase, but they research, bargin-hunt, etc. online before they do buy anything. We ARE smart enough to take care of ourselves. When we hear of a company screwing people, their investors, or employees (sister: note the use o the Oxford Comma), we will generally steer clear if given the choice. I know I would! All I guess I’m hitting at is that the so-called “Occupy Movement” need to wake up and realize that grabbing what someone else has made, earned, or bought doesn’t make themselves any better than a thief (even, nah, especially when it’s the government that does the taking). Rather than protest someone having more than you, why don’t you try to improve you’re own life instead of tearing down someone elses!

Smiles and nods

The extent to which people will go to curry some sort of sympathy is astounding. No! I don’t care about your “problem”. Yes, I was there, and there’s NO way what you say happened happened.

Wealth of Nations

So, I’m reading a pretty old, dense book on economics. You should read it too. Once you get past the use of 18th century English, it’s actually fairly easy to read!

It does me no injury for my neighbor to say there are twenty gods, or no god. It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg.
